How long does it take to set up a company in Dubai?

In most cases, company formation takes between 5 to 7 working days once we have all required documents. Visa and Emirates ID processing can take a bit longer depending on the authorities, but the process moves quickly and you can track every step from your dashboard.

What documents are required to start the process?

Generally, you’ll need a copy of your passport, a recent photo, and some basic personal information. In some cases, additional documents may be requested depending on your nationality or business activity. We guide you through everything step by step.

Do I need to be in Dubai to create my company?

No, you can start the company formation process remotely. However, you will need to be in Dubai briefly for visa and Emirates ID procedures if you apply for residency.

What’s included after my company is created?
